Baron Hilton, 18, was stopped after his black Mercedes-Benz was seen weaving on the Pacific Coast highway and drifting into the oncoming lane.
arrested Hilton after he pulled over and than got out of the car. He was then booked in Malibu.
Hilton had a female passenger in the car and she was not identified and the California highway patrol continue to investigate the woman's role in the accident.
Not only was Hilton driving drunk but he was also carrying a fake driver's license. He was arrested for investigation of carrying a falsified state document.
It is not known if Hilton has a lawyer and calls to a Pasadena attorney who represented Paris Hilton in her drunken-driving case were not immediately returned.
Barron Hilton was released from jail on $20,000 bail and is to be arraigned in April.
I highly doubt that Hilton is going to face any serious consequences and in my opinion he should face some jail time. If this was any other 18-year-old kid driving drunk without a license, I think that they would be facing serious consequences.
