A Belgrade flea market offers more than the usual, second hand clothing, knick knacks and old eight track audio tapes. One vendor is trying to interest bargain hunters in a human skull he has for sale.
The seller, who understandably wants to remain anonymous, is asking 100 Euros (about $100 US dollars) for the skull that he says he found in a closet.
He has had many curious lookers and some have asked the price but there have been no takers, thus far,
Breitbart.com reports:
"There are no real buyers, people only ask the price. I've been trying to sell it for ten days," he said of the skull he claimed originally belonged to Belgrade's Institute of Forensic Medicine.
Judging form photos of the skull, pathologists guess that the skull is approximately 50 years old. The also say the skull shows signs of having been subjected to pathological examination.
