James Foster, 59 of Robbins Illinois has been arrested. He was discovered housing both himself and 15 pit bulls in a one room trailer which sat in a junkyard. Police suspect he was breeding the dogs to fight.
Police have
charged Foster with animal cruelty and failure to provide proper veterinarian care for the dogs he shared his home with.
Foster has been breeding and selling dogs for four years from his filthy trailer according to authorities.
Police are suspecting the dogs were being sold for fighting purposes.
Foster gives the term "junkyard dog" a whole new meaning.
