Amy Winehouse is suspected of being involved in a drug crime that her husband Blake Fielder Civil is doing time in jail for. Fielder Civil was imprisoned because he tried to bribe a witness involved in a drugs case.

Winehouse's partner allegedly offered £200,000 to the witness. Police searched Winehouse's apartment and said they found evidence the singer lent him the dosh. This means that she might end up in prison herself if the claim is substantiated. According to reports, she also had a suicide pact with her husband, and if they are both given long jail sentences they are allegedly going "end it together" rather than be in jail, apart for years. Police are taking her fingerprints and DNA and will interrogate her in the next few days. Winehouse, who rose to fame with a song called "Rehab" some 18 months ago is a UK paparazzi target who has been accused of having alcohol and drugs problems. Reports suggest the singer finally might 'go to rehab' after the holidays. This has been a topic of speculation for quite some time. According to close friends, Winehouse is under a lot of stress but has indicated she will really make an effort to get clean. So this might be Winehouse's last 'white' Christmas, yes, yes, yes.
