Oprah has called Barack Obama "my choice" in next year's Presidential election. Now she's going to join him on the campaign trail, Obama's campaign announced. Will she deliver the votes?
Oprah is scheduled to join Obama in the early contest states of Iowa, New Hampshire and South Carolina, the Associated Press reported.

Oprah is going to lend Obama her star power in Iowa on Dec. 8 for campaign stops in Des Moines and Cedar Rapids. Then it's off to Columbia, South Carolina and Manchester, New Hampshire.

Oprah has made it clear that she's supporting Obama's nomination, and has helped raise more than $3 million for his campaign already thanks to a red-carpet fundraiser in California in September.

She's a well-documented Obama fan and called him "my favourite guy" on CNN's Larry King Live.

Campaigning in New Hampshire on Monday, Obama said that Winfrey brings some "fun" and "excitement" to the primary contest. He told the Chicago Sun-Times:

Campaigns are not just about issues and policy, but it is also about bringing people together, and this creates excitement and an event.
What do you think? Is she going to help send Obama over the top to the Democratic nomination, and maybe even the White House?

One thing's for certain - Oprah carries a lot of clout with America.
