article imageJaime Fawcett Trial Is Visited By Nicole Kidman

Jaime Fawcett, well known in Sydney for his celeb pics, is suing The Sun-Herald newspaper for defamation after they penned a piece stating he was Sydney's most disliked freelance photographer and that he wrecked havoc on Nicole Kidman's personal life.
A jury found that the paper did defame Fawcett. Now it's up to the court on whether or not the paper should pay Fawcett for that action and if so, how much.
Nicole Kidman was on the stand Monday letting the court know how much this man has changed her life due to his constant hounding. He chased her car while she hunkered down in the backseat afraid that a car wreck was imminent on Jan. 23, 2005. Since that time, Fawcett was allegedly being very intrusive of the actress, so much so she had to employ full-time security to guard her.
"I have been pursued many times," Kidman said. "I have had this happen in relation to this particular man ... so many times.
"I employ people to protect me now. I employ people 24 hours to protect myself because I don't feel equipped to handle things," she said.
