Skype provides voice telephony for MySpace
Luxembourg - Instant messaging service Skype and online social community MySpace are teaming up. MySpace users will soon be able to use integrated Skype software to make free direct calls to one another via the internet.
Users will no longer need to download the software separately, Skype reports from its Luxembourg offices. The "MySpaceIM with Skype" product also allows for MySpace profiles and photos to be linked to Skype user accounts. MySpaceIM with Skype will be available from November, 2007.

Washington - Nintendo Wii owners will soon be able to play table tennis on their consoles. Game maker Rockstar Games is releasing its title "Rockstar Games Presents Table Tennis." The game uses the movement-sensitive Wii controls to offer "realistic ball physics." It costs 39.95 dollars. ---
Apple lowers prices for DRM-free iTunes songs
Cupertino - Apple is lowering the price for songs on its iTunes music portal that come without the digital usage restrictions known as DRM. Titles will cost 99 cents instead of 1.29 dollars. Over two million titles of DRM-free music will be available at 256 kilobits per second data rates.
