Tammy Farrell determined that miners were not being productive because they lead very unhappy home lives, which may be due to an inactive sex life. In her view, wives would be more inclined to indulge in sex if their husbands knew how to sexually stimulate and please them.

Therefore, Ms. Farrell started monthly lessons aimed at teaching miners about health, menopause, and sex. Above all, she devoted an entire lesson to the art of foreplay. And to help jog memories, she asked them to “start exploring their wives like they did when they were 18.”

So what exactly is foreplay?

While some men are clueless, others might think it is only something, which is done prior to intercourse. What they don’t know is that real foreplay means daily flirtatious interludes. If men practiced it more often, chances are their wives would welcome them with more than just open arms.

Also what some men may not fully comprehend, is that it takes longer for women to become sexually aroused and this is even more reason why men need to know about intricacies of foreplay. If they really get into it, chances are they might discover that is actually a lot of fun and that they might also get turned on. Of course, there are some men who think that being forceful is just as effective, and it might be if the girl enjoys rough sex. But that is another subject.
