Sudanese man held in Germany for spying

Police in Germany have arrested a Sudanese man on suspicion of spying on dissidents, prosecutors said Tuesday. The 39-year-old, whose name was not disclosed, was detained on Saturday in Berlin after the federal court in Karlsruhe issued an arrest warrant.
