Digital Journal -- There are many places around the world where cellphone lovers have no access to Apple's iPhone.
Apple has dragged its heels with getting the iPhone to countries like Canada and the mobile smart phone market is taking notice, and competitors and trying to poach Apple’s potential business.
Case in point: the HTC Touch. The smartphone launched recently in Canada through Telus is also reportedly arriving in the U.S. in the fourth quarter of this year.
The "Touch" phone is made by High Tech Computer Corp. (HTC), a company that has been in business since 1997 designing smartphones and PDAs for many other companies. They’re trying to stand out on their own now, and they’re going right for Apple’s core business.
In this episode of Digital Journal TV, we look at a device that looks like an iPhone, works like an iPhone and is already being dubbed the "iPhone killer" in markets starving for this type of technology.
