article imageDentist claims breast rubs appropriate

A dentist accused of fondling the breasts of 27 patients is arguing that chest massages are an appropriate procedure in some cases. His lawyer says dental journals discuss the need to massage those muscles to treat a common jaw problem.
Oh yeah. I try to help women with their jaw all the time.
Yahoo reports that according to police, Anderson said during recorded phone calls that he often massaged patients' chests to treat temporo-mandibular joint disorder, or TMJ, which causes neck and head pain.
His Attorney Robert Zaro told judge Jonathan Lew at a hearing Thursday that he should let Anderson keep his dental license while the disciplinary appeals proceed. Anderson would be supervised by two assistants and would no longer do the chest rubs.
No jaw work this week honeys. Sorry.
Zaro said that Anderson needs to keep seeing patients so he can feed his seven children and pay for his defense.
That certainly makes sense. Under the circumstances I think the judge should allow it, since he will be supervised. The judge has made no ruling yet.
Lew suspended Anderson's dental license last month and charged him with two misdemeanor counts of battery and sexual battery. County prosecutors are investigating complaints from more than two dozen women who say they also were groped in the examining chair in the last five years.
Yeah, but did they keep coming back? That's key to the case.
Deputy Attorney General Jeffrey Phillips also gave Lew three new complaints, one from a 31-year-old woman who said that Anderson fondled her at least six times over two years.
You see. Now if it is such a problem, why come back? You get that?
She took to wearing tight shirts with high necklines, "and Anderson would still get in under her shirt and bra," according to a police report.
Yeah. Some of us are that good. We can get right under there and work that muscle. Your jaw will feel much better.
