Esquire magazine voted 32 year old South African star Charlize Theron as the “Sexiest Woman Alive”. She follows other actresses such as Jessica Biel, Angelina Jolie and Scarlett Johansson.
Charlize Theron won an Oscar after her riveting performance as serial killer Aileen Wuornos in the 2003 movie, “Monster”. She was
selected by Esquire Magazine as the “Sexiest Woman Alive” in 2007.
She said in the Esquire magazine that her looks has not helped her make good career choices. Reindeer Games is one of them, which was very bad movie according to her, but she is glad with the experience of working under the famous John Frankenheimer, director of “The Manchurian Candidate”.
Theron will be acting in a new movie anti-globalism drama “The Battle for Seattle” directed by her boyfriend and Head in the Clouds co-star Stuart Townsend.
In the interview she made comments against the US government.
When I was a little girl in South Africa, people pointed to America as a sort of example. It seemed sensible, principled, governed in an admirable way…Wherever I go, no one wants to talk about America as a superpower. It's all about India and China. What's their model? What's next for them? They're the superpowers now. Not us.”
