Condoms for Confidence

A bank in Bangkok, Thailand is handing out condoms to its customers. They hope to reach those people who are too embarrassed to buy them in stores; women, especially, get strange looks when they buy condoms.
Reuters reports that a bank in Thailand is handing out condoms in an effort to stem the outbreak of HIV/AIDS amongst teenagers and gay men.
The Kasikom Bank was worried about the increasing instances of the disease and wanted to do something. They realized that many people are embarrassed to go into a store and buy condoms, especially women. Their condoms are called the K-condom and the K-excellence. They are calling their campaign "Condoms for Confidence."
Thailand had a aggressive educational program that resulted in a drastic decline in the instance of HIV/AIDS in sex trade workers and heterosexual men. However, this program is not as aggressive as it once was. Only 48% of teenage boys say they use condoms.
