Student surrenders after California school shooting

An angry student opened fire and took hostages at a school in Oroville in northern California Friday but surrendered to police without causing any injuries. Local radio station KNVN reported that the unidentified student fired a shot in the air and that two female students were held hostage in the high school's band room.
