Italy's interior minister Guilio Amato has come up with a new plan to curb prostitution from the streets. He is focusing on areas, which are close to where children might be playing or near places or worship.
Amato thinks it might be a damn good idea to fine putanas and their giovannies right on the spot. Not only that, but he's considering shaming these men by serving legal documents directly to their homes, (probably while his family is seated around the dining table enjoying mamma's pasta and lamb sauce.)
I would think that a better time and place to shame giovanni would be right at church immediately after he's received communion during Sunday mass, or right after he stepped outside of the confession booth.
Now, what exactly does Amato mean by "fining them right on the spot?" He couldn't possibly be thinking of going anywhere near the "G" spot, now could he?
