Taser Tuesday continues. A man faces a number of charges, like drug possession, after a traffic stop in which he was stunned several times with a Taser. Oh, and police found a live chicken.
Yahoo reports that 34 year old Richard D. Brown, was charged with cocaine possession with intent to deliver, maintaining a drug trafficking place, resisting an officer, also obstructing an officer, and last but not least, second-offense operating while intoxicated and operating after revocation.

Apparently the incident started about 2 a.m. on Friday when an officer spotted Brown involved in a potential drug deal and then tried to stop him. The guy tossed a pack of cigarettes out of his car window and tried to run. Problem is, the pack had more than an ounce of cocaine in it.

The officer pursued, then caught Brown, punched him in the head and knocked him down. He actually tried to run again at that point. A second officer zapped both men with a stun gun as they were struggling, and Brown again before they handcuffed him.

As far as the chicken goes, Brown told the police he got it from a local fast food restaurant.

He was taken to a hospital for six stitches and two cuts on his face. The chicken was taken to the Sheboygan County Humane Society.

He faces up to 26 years in jail if he gets convicted on all of the charges.

Interesting day in Sheboygan for from a chicken's perspective.
