As many as 20 million fans have rushed to get tickets for a comeback gig of British rock band Led Zeppelin in what will be their first concert in 19 years, promoters said Thursday.

Fans were attempting to register for tickets at a rate of 80,000 per minute, said service provider Pipex.

Demand has also crashed the website for London's O2 Arena, the former Dome, where the concert will take place on November 26.

The tickets, at 125 pounds (250 dollars) each, will be allocated via a lottery. dpa at sc
