The self-proclaimed pedophile, Jack McClellan, the man who's caused such an uproar over posting photos of young girls on his website as well as telling other pedophiles how to find children, is leaving California. He hasn't told anyone where he's headed.
Los Angeles - Jack McClellan, 45, was ordered by a judge to stay away from any areas where there were children, has decided to leave California.
“I have to leave the state, really, I can’t live here under this Orwellian protocol,” said McClellan.

Friday, Judge Melvin Sandvig of the Los Angeles Supior Court, placed a permanent injunction along with a 3-year restraining order against McClellan, that says he can not come within 30 feet of any areas where children can and do congregate. Last month, McClellan violated an injunction which stated he could not be around anyone under the age of 18. For the violation, he spent 10 days in jail.

Under this new ruling, McClellan is barred from
"contacting, videotaping or photographing children or publishing their photographs without written consent from a guardian or parent."

He has not said where he plans to go. McClellan has been unemployed and living out of his car since he was run out of the state of Washington earlier this Summer.

He first came to the attention of police because of his website where he posted photos he'd taken of young girls, and told how he liked to stake out places where children were. His internet service provider terminated his website several weeks ago.

This is going to create quite a stir, I would think, because of the fact no one knows in which direction he will head. Parents nationwide will need to keep an eye out for him all over again. This man should not be allowed to roam free in any case.
