article imageJanitor says co-workers topped his pizza with LSD to poison him

By RobotGod     Aug 21, 2007 in Crime
Dominick A. Rao, a school custodian is alleging in a lawsuit that his co-workers laced his pizza with the hallucinogen LSD in an attempt to poison him at an office party in 2005.
Newsday.com reports that he was served pizza out of a different box than the other custodians, according to his attorney.
"He said he felt like his body and system were melting from the inside out, like he was living in a kaleidoscope," Mazawey told the newspaper.
Rao went to an emergency room at an area hospital not long after, where it was determined that he "had a controlled dangerous substance running through his bloodstream,"
He claimed that he was bullied by his co-workers on a regular basis due to his poor eyesight. He has bilateral ocular albinism, a condition that causes his eyes to lack pigment.
When he returned to work one of the co-workers asked him how he was still alive?
"Upon hearing this, he realized how extensive the plot to poison him truly was," the suit says.
He filed a police report over a year after the incident but so far no charges have been filed against anyone.
