A New Zealand couple has had their baby name of "4real" rejected by the government. So now they want to name their newborn son Superman. Oh, but they will still refer to him as "4real".
Yahoo news is reporting that the Wheatons decided on the name "4real" after seeing the baby for the first time in an ultrasound.
They thought that "4real" was the best way to spell it, but the registrar said a name had to be a sequence of characters. They are considering appealing, but say that they will not be budged whatever the decision.
"No matter what its going to stay 4Real," Wheaton told the Herald, "I'm certainly not a quitter."
Look, make up your mind, Superman or 4real? Why not a good Indian name like HeWhoHasLameParents?
Poor kid is going to be teased unmercifully, and people will always know it was in the news and not let up. I hope the parents figure it out and whatever name it is, stick with it!
