New Japanese cookies target women who would like to improve their bust size. They claim that the fat in their cookies will go straight to your breasts and not to the rest of your body. A scientific break-through? Or a new low in consumer marketing.
We've heard some pretty outrageous claims by marketers pushing products on the public that promise "amazing results" in any of several areas of our lives.
Vacuum cleaners that can pull dog hair out of the carpet better than any other vacuum, hair products that can completely fill with hair the head of a man suffering from male pattern baldness, pills that will enlarge a man's "size" by up to 200%!
The offers are all around us and unfortunately most of them are exaggerations if not bold-face lies that are told in an effort to swindle people out of their money. The sad thing is that for every one of these products there are a group of the people in the world that will not only believe the marketing message but will actually put up their hard earned cash and buy the products in a desperate attempt to make themselves feel better about some part of their lives.
A Japanese company has found a new avenue of scam marketing that until now (to my knowledge) has not been taken by anyone else.
Gizmodo reports that "F-Cup Cookies" a Japanese cookie company claims that their cookies "make breast implants obsolete." By eating two cookies a day you can enlarge your breast size exponentially.
It is not known exactly how many cookies need to be eaten in order for this magical food item to do the trick, but at only ¥290 for a pack of 4 cookies you can't afford NOT to find out, right?
Blah! Another insane marketing push created in an effort to push some crappy cookies on the public... I only pray that they don't sell 20 Billion of them this year to Japanese women who are unhappy with their bodies. That would truly be a shame. Surely this is a fraud lawsuit waiting to happen, right?
