The site even comes with profiles of the "Women of Today," which one are you? Are you Maria the "health-conscious" 22 year old who has "just graduated and is looking for work?" or Monique, the career-oriented "30-something."

Consumerist is on the lookout for where to get the paper doll cut outs for the pretty cartoon women. LOL
This is pretty ridiculous. When did contraceptives start looking like Hello Kitty? And more to the point does this kind of marketing help or harm society?
On one hand the packaging attracts the younger crowd. If they are already having sex, then hey, it's good that they will now be protected. On the other hand, does it glamourise sex and make it look cool and appropriate for an age group that is too young?
One thing is for sure, it aint an easy job for a marketing guy or gal to make contraceptives look cool and hip.
