Take two large chocolate chip cookies. Get some vanilla ice cream and some good hot fudge. Put them together and what do you get?
I would call it heaven on earth. But Guernsey Farms Dairy calls it the Cookie Monster Craze.
Do you really like chocolate chip cookies, ice cream and hot fudge? Than you would love the Cookie Monster Craze, which costs $5.99. It will be worth every penny.
I would prefer the Moose Tracks ice cream and they also have their speciality Creme de Novi among many other flavors.

They take two large chocolate chip cookies, sandwich the ice cream between the two cookies and drench it with hot fudge. They then top it with lots of whipped cream and a cherry. As the ice cream melts and the hot fudge overflows it softens the cookies.

They recommend that you divide it up but that is not mandatory. But they say it is plenty for two people.

If you want to know who "they" are and where they are located. Give me a chance for crying out loud I first have to write about this delicious dish.

They are Guernsey Farms Dairy is at 21300 Novi Road in Northville Michigan. 248-349-1466. They have been family owned and operated since 1940. Their products use the finest ingredients which were formulated by their founder John McGuire. Their products are BST free, which means there are no hormones added. Guernsey Farms Dairy Restaurant, ice cream parlor, store and gift shop are located at the same site as their dairy processing plant.

I have been there many times and would recommend them to anyone.

Now since I just started a diet I need to try and figure how I can fit this into my diet.
If anyone can help me figure it out please let me know.
I would hate to just cheat on my diet but might be forced to do that.
