Starbucks will raise prices on it's drinks by an average of 9 cents a cup, in order to offset the rising costs of milk and other ingredients. This is Starbucks' second price increase in less than a year.
Reuters is reporting that Starbucks will be raising their prices...again.
Milk prices have been on the rise because of global demand and production costs. That is the reason behind the price hike for drinks at Starbucks.
But Muse will tell it like it is. Their is truth in what they say, however, like with any business that "has" to raise prices: They really do not have to. Like most companies the CEO's at the top are making most of the money. If these guys took just a small drop in their outrageous salaries, these price increases would not have to hurt the consumer.
Whenever someone tells you they have to raise the prices, what they are really saying is that they want to keep the companies top men safe in their luxury.
They never have to...they just want more....
Plus if people gave to charity like they give to Starbucks, this world might be better off..
