Michel Joseph Poulin walked away from a halfway house. The staff there didn't report this to the police for a couple of days! That's a whole other story.
Consider this man dangerous. He was serving an aggregate 33 year sentence for
manslaughter,
three armed robberies,
four robberies,
five break and enters,
forcible confinement,
escape lawful custody x 2,
unlawfully at large x 2,
and numerous lesser offences.
Poulin killed a person while he was out on parole in 1996.
When you look at the picture of Poulin, please note that after this picture was taken, he shaved his head and his moustache. Pay particular attention to his facial features and tattoos.
He's 48 years old, 5’ 7” tall and 137 lbs, and speaks with a French accent.
Poulin is from Quebec, but escaped in Vancouver. He has no ties out west and could be anywhere.
If you see him, don't bother taking the time to look up the number for your local police. Call 911
