First shown on a media programme, 'Malta Today,' a police sergeant is seen assaulting a very frail old lady as she sits in her car.
The lady suffers violent attacks from the thickly built policeman to her chest and neck and appears to be knocked unconscious for a minute or so at a time.
From what we can gather just from this piece of film, the woman is in a heated conversation with the policeman as she is trying to shut her car door. He stand in the way of the door and appears to trying to use a mobile phone. She pleads with him to move out of the way, but each time she said something, he hits her.
The woman, by accounts, only wanted to speak to the man in French and did not understand English very well. She had been sounding her car horn at a coach which had blocked the road.
