Lohan makes a Public Service Announcement about not drinking and driving. This girl really has some issues. Not someone I want my daughter to look up to. Sad part is, she has talent, but makes some really stupid choices in her life.
She is seen here with the band Simple Plan making a PSA video about not to drink and drive, and she laughs as if it were a joke! This video was made two years ago.
Hope she is serious about getting help this time.
