McGuinty & Schwarzenegger - new dream team?

Premier Dalton McGuinty and California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger will sign a deal to boost stem cell research.

Arnold will visit Ontario Tuesday to sign an agreement to cut cutting greenhouse gas emissions. The Cancer Stem Cell Consortium of researchers in Ontario and California will receive $30 million from the Ontario Institute for Cancer Research. It's funny how all these media reports are so vague. The agreement to cut greenhouse gas emissions just sounds funny. Like, "okay you know what, we're not going to do it unless YOU do it as well". "Ok fine, we do it together. Let's make it official." Politics and bureaucracy is something I'll never truly understand. But good on Dalty and Arnie. Ontario is always progressive, or at least appears to be.
