article imageThis Columnist Is Revolting, Read What She Says About the Madeleine McCann Case

By Janice Ambrose     May 27, 2007 in World
Columnist, Colleen Figg, smells a rat in the Madeleine McCann case, and has done ever since she heard that she was left alone by her parents, whilst they went out to dine some 100 yards away! Her investigators nose tells her, all is not as it seems.
She cannot understand why the highly educated couple, in the medical field, did not hire a baby sitter, and thought it would be alright to leave their children alone.
Media Frenzy
She also does not enjoy the media frenzy that has been 'whipped' up; the making of emotional videos, with manipulative songs designed to tug at the heartstrings, and well posed photographs appearing in the mainstream media, leave her feeling that she is being manipulated. They make her feel that the child is not the primary concern here. She has no case to substantiate the case, but has been turning the matter over since it happened, and like the princess and the pea, simply can find no comfort whichever she turns.
While walking her dogs, she talks to them, laying the case before them, even though they are disinterested
Smoke and Mirrors
She carries on saying, all good investigators know there is no such thing as coincidence, and if a thing keeps on niggling, it warrants investigation and scrutiny from a number of angles.
There are hordes of investigators flown in from the UK, investigating the case, which she feels has been muddied, because they have all accepted the first precept, which she is unable to do. She also does not know if publicity is overtaking the real issue - "the missing Madeleine" - or a case of smoke and mirrors to obfuscate the truth.
Colleen Figg is not sure what the truth is, and would like to know how we all feel.
She wishes the best for the little girl.

My personal opinion of this woman, or rather 'she dog' is very low indeed. I find her cynical, hypocritical, negative, and quite frankly, a nasty piece of work. She says songs are being played to tug at the heartstrings. Well, definitely not her heartstrings, as I don't think she has one.
I thought twice before posting this article, before deciding, we all had a right to read about this horrible woman's thoughts, whether we agree with her or not!
