A porn star claims that a state trooper told her he'd let her go free from drug and other charges if she'd give him a blow job ... apparently this is all in a day's work for Barbie Cummings, who happily obliged.
A porn star claims that a state trooper told her that he would let her off drug charges if she performed oral sex on him. Her claims have led to James "Randy" Moss being suspended from active duty.
American porn star actress Barbie Cummings, whose real name is Justis Richert, says that she has evidence of the alleged tryst in a video that he filmed of the incident.
Writing on her blog, Cummings, 21, says that Tennessee State Trooper James Randy Moss pulled her over for speeding near Knoxville. While issuing the ticket, he asked if she had any drugs in her pink Honda Accord and she admitted to 'happy pills'.
Cummings, who has starred in the classic porn film "Freaky First Timers", wrote in her blog: 'Then he asks me, what does it cost for someone like me to get anything like you?' In typical Hollyweirdo fashion, she goes on to describe how she performed oral sex on the officer outside his car in a secluded area.
Cummings has posted photos on her blog that appear to be video stills showing her face but there is apparently nothing that identifies the man in the pictures as a state trooper.
Moss is a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper and he has been suspended pending an investigation into the alleged incident. He declined to comment. Highway Patrol spokesman Mike Browning confirmed that investigators have interviewed the porn star.
