Fans everywhere are gearing up for tomorrow night's premier of the third installment of "Pirates of the Carribbean."
Swooning will commence!
But Johnny Depp, aka Captain Jack Sparrow, is hinting that there may be a fourth "Pirates"...someday.
Before the Tokyo premiere yesterday, Depp said he'd "consider taking the oddball character out for one more spin."
"It's been a great experience. Trying to discover who Captain Jack was, getting slapped around by the Disney people — it was all fun.
This film finishes the trilogy of movies based on a really hokey ride by the same name at Disneyland and Disneyworld.
However, Depp, who was nominated for an Academy Award for portrayal of the quirky-yet-sexy-as-hell Captain Jack, said the pirates may return.
There was always that potential that each of us would have to say goodbye to the character. But if it is over, which one never knows, Captain Jack will always be with me.
