Scientist claims global cooling on the way

New paper by David Archibald claims that the earth will cool by up to 2 degree C by 2030.
In a paper entitled "The Past and Future of Climate" David Archibald has gone out on a limb. He has predicted that the next two solar cycles will be weaker than the current cycle and that this will send the earth into a cooling period that will be more severe than the "Little Ice Age" of the 1600's and 1700's.
His paper correlates data from past sunspot cycles with changes in global temperatures. He shows that the length of sunspot cycles correlates very precisely with changes in temperature over long periods of time. He claims that the warming we witnessed in the late 20th century is due to strong sunspot cycles, but that the next two cycles will be weaker.
He also states that man made emissions of carbon dioxide will slow this cooling very slightly. This will be true even if China doubles its output over the next 20 years. This is because each additional ppm of CO2 has less effect on the climate than the one before. The sensitivity of the climate to CO2 goes down in relation to the levels. (The more CO2, the less sensitive the climate is to its effect.)
He even gives a link to a website where you can check his prediction day by day.
No matter what your opinion on global warming, this paper is important reading.
