A man sells an imaginary friend in Ebay, 14 bidders have bid so far.
Another odd auction at Ebay, this seller, thewildncrazyoli ( -1 ) , as the name implies is trying to sell his imaginary friend, Jon Malipieman. The seller says he is 27 years old and he no longer needs him and wants to move on. The picture portrays his imaginary friend, can't make any sense out of it.
The description of his auction is as follows:
Hi There!
My imaginary friend Jon Malipieman is getting to old for me now. I am now 27 and i feel i am growing out of him. He is very friendly. Along with him, i will send you what he likes and dislikes, his favourite things to do and his personal self portrait.
Have fun with him!
There is no shipping costs for this auction, a noble gesture on the part of the seller. So far 14 bids have been placed, whom I think are just bidding for fun. How he is going to exchange after the auction? will be interesting to see and hear. A few of the bidders have asked him some questions about his imaginary friend, whether he is single, to which he replied that the imaginary friend used to be a player, etc.
The seller has one rating, a negative rating as a buyer for not paying and purchasing one Ebay item.
Why Ebay allows such auctions? maybe for us to discuss this :) They should have some monitoring policy. Wonder what Ebay does with all the fees they collect from buyers and sellers. Even Calvin will never sell his Hobbes for any price.
