Young Jean-Benoît Beaulieu suffered an ruptured artery to his brain autopsy reports showed today.
The youth who died April 25th suffered a ruptured artery that stemmed blood flow to his brain after being punched in the head. The incident took place in the lunchroom at École Secondaire Arc-En-Ciel in Trois-Pistoles.
Jean-Benoit,14 died the evening after the fight in hospital. It has been stated that the fight was over a baseball cap. The student accused of the punch has plead not guilty to manslaughter. He returns to court June 5.
