Paula Abdul Cuts in Line and Throws a Fit at the Airport

By Lisa Angotti     Apr 28, 2007 in Entertainment
Passengers witnessed diva-like attitude from Paula Abdul who didn't want to wait in line to board a flight headed for Los Angeles.
American Idol judge Paula Abdul was anything but nice before a recent flight from San Jose to Burbank. According to MSNBC, the singer threw a diva-sized hissy fit when she wasn't allowed to board before other passengers.
Southwest Airlines does not assign seating, so boarding takes place in groups on a first come, first serve basis. When Abdul cut in front of the long line of passengers waiting to board, the other passengers really gave it to her "straight up."
"You're no Sanjaya! You have to board like everyone else," passengers told the "American Idol" judge, according to a witness
Abdul is usually known as "the nice judge" on American Idol, but has come under fire for unusual behavior during press interviews and during American Idol shows.
