Officials announced they will award degrees posthumously to victims of the Virginia Tech massacre.
The 32 victims of Cho Seung-Hui's shooting spree at Virgina Tech University will receive their honorary degrees posthumously at the next commencement ceremony officials announced Thursday. The announcement comes on the same day that NBC released video footage that Cho shot shortly after killing his girlfriend and the residential assistant of her dorm. Cho's video is the rantings of an insane man who tries to defend his actions. Shortly after shooting the video and mailing it to NBC, Cho chained the doors to the building where he shot 32 students and instructors then killed himself. The video is chilling.
