In Lousiana, a man is charged for drunken driving his lawnmower.
A West Monroe man is free on bond after an arrest for driving while intoxicated — on a lawnmower.
In Louisiana State, Ouachita Parish Police charged Larry Minnifield, 48 on one count of driving while intoxicated and driving an unsafe vehicle.
Nobody reported this to the Police, they were visiting that area to check another complaint they received nearby. The Police noticed Minnifield drive by on a John Deer Lawnmower. After a short while, the Police saw him again passing this John Deer Lawnmower and also he went on driving in the middle of the road.
He was arrested and deputies returned the lawn mover to Minniefield's mother. Minniefield is currently on bail on a $650 bond.
Driving lawnmower while drunk is illegal in North Carolina state, sometimes one may wonder what harm they can do, but after receiving so many complaints, the State Government decided to implement this law. If they want to gardening or landscaping they better be sober or they should take a break away from it.
What do you think about this rule or punishment?
