Police have had no success in locating anyone responsible for the boy, about 2 years old, found on a street corner in Frogtown.
A little boy about 18 months old to 2 years old was found crying on a street corner in St.Paul's Asian community known as Frogtown.
Chue Siong was taking his 4 children to school when he came across a baby with no shoes on crying on a street corner. He said the baby seemed hungry and there were no parents around.
He stayed for hours with the little boy hoping a parent would come and get the baby. The little boy appeared to be Asian so he tried to talk to the little boy. He finally had to call the police after about 3 hours.
Police arrived and went door to door in search of anyone that knew the child.
They searched the missing person's data but turned up nothing.
The child is unable to say his name. He only knows a few words such as momma and daddy. He does not appear to be abused or neglected according to police records.
Well at least the parent of this little boy decided to do this instead of killing him like we have read in news lately.
This little boy is now safe. I am glad he was found by a trusting man who cared enough to stay with the little boy. I hope he finds a good home.
