“Pastor Greg”, the wannabe ‘Jim Jones’ of Seattle!

If you live responsibly and support your family and pay your bills and go to work to do so, you ARE a person of faith!

“Pastor Greg” of Seattle! There was this revival of spiritual fervour and religious experiences that happened like the book of Acts of the Apostles in Seattle some years back and all these Christians from different churches started meeting together and helping the poor and starting worship bands that traveled around the place and it was an awesome thing to behold! But then this pastor named Greg and other religious leaders decided to control the whole phenomenon as well as the people involved and killed it as well as the joy and freedom that came with it. “Pastor Greg” even began to lecture people about how he could show them how to truly walk with God and how to truly live by faith, and that if they would turn over all their assets and bank cards and chegue books to him, he would teach them how to live by faith and how to truly walk with God… like he did! But “Pastor Greg” was nothing more than a total moron as well as another Jim Jones wannabe! I mean, teach people to live by faith by turning over all their assets to him, and then they were to live on the streets and learn to trust God, and then he would return their cheque books and bank cards to them? Aye? Didn’t those people have faith when they were trusting God to provide for them and pay their bills and raise their families and provide them their jobs to begin with? It already takes faith to live in this modern world! So that “Pastor Greg” is one huge heretic aye? Do you go to work every day to pay your bills to support and to raise your family? Then you are already living by faith my friend! Do you tithe at least ten percent of your income to your church or synagogue and to the support of your spiritual leaders? Then you ARE living by faith! If you live responsibly and support your family and pay your bills and go to work to do so, you are a person of faith! If a person lives by their ministry and spiritual vocation trusting God to provide and by the tithes and offerings of the people of God, then they too are living by faith and are walking with the Lord. We are the people of faith who walk with the Lord daily and perform His will! Persons of faith need not turn over all their assets to their spiritual leaders and to those like “Pastor Greg” who claims to have more of God in his corner than the rest of us do! God says that He holds all of us who are His in the very palm of His hand!
