Larry Birkhead is now the confirmed father of Anna Nicole's daughter Dannielynn. It was proven in a closed court today.
The DNA analysis results have proven that he is the biological father of the baby girl.
Birkhead said
"My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon."
Larry Stern is the father on the birth certificate but he will now have to fight for custody of the baby girl to the biological father Birkhead. Some reports have said that Stern said he would not fight for custody if Birkhead was proven father.
“If Larry Birkhead is confirmed to be Dannielynn’s biological father, Howard will not challenge custody. His love for her will not change, irrespective of the results. Howard will act in Dannielynn’s best interest, because he loves her and would want a smooth transition to protect her, as she is deeply bonded to those who have been with her since birth.
Sterns lawyer said that the two men will
cooperate in the transitioning of the child. Dannielynn could inherit millions from Anna's late husband Howard Marshall ll.
Anna's mother Virgie Arthur said
"I'm happy that Dannielynn will know who her real father is,"
I think we all expected this. He has said from the beginning that he was the father. Even Anna knew this in my opinion.
