It seems as though we are finally going to learn something about the biggest game of the year, and possibly this generation(sorry
Super Mario Galaxy and
Grand Theft Auto IV). An employee at Bungie (the studio that is developing Halo 3) recently left a note on the site saying "Big changes coming. Big changes and big news. Next week [meaning this week, as the update went live last Friday] is going to be significant". So we know that something big is coming, but the quote gives no indication as to what. Maybe they'll tell us about a significant game play change that will shock everyone. Or it might be an announcement about the release date, which everyone has been wondering about, or maybe they'll just release an awesome trailer like Rockstar did with
GTA IV.
Halo 2 is
still the most popular game on XBOX Live, three years after its release, so this is potentially the most important game that will come out in the 360's lifespan. Hopefully the news is as big as he's making it out to be and the game lives up to all of the hype.
