After the contraversial relationship and then very public break up of movie star, Eddie Murphy and ex Spice girl, Mel B, she has finally given birth to his baby
EX-Spice Girl Mel B is delighted to bring into the world a new baby daughter, after she gave birth in Santa Monica, on, funnily enough, Eddie's birthday.
Real named, Melenie Brown, 31 was taken into hospital yesterday at half past five, in California where the baby was born early this morning. She has always stayed firm with her claim that Murphy is the father. A battle over the paternity will be on her list when she comes home.
A name has not been decided for the baby girl, although, so far, mother and baby are said to be doing well.
A spokeswoman for the sex Spice girl said: “The baby is completely healthy with a good head of hair. Mother and baby are now resting.
The baby is her second daughter, Phoenix Chi, her first, born eight years ago by her husband at the time, Jimmy Gulzar.
Murphy had very unceremoniously dumped her on live TV, when he told a reporter that the fling was over, yet had demanded a paternity test when the baby was born. He may well end up with egg on his face, but that is yet to be seen.
Murphy continues to deny that he has anything to do with the child, but she think differently.
“There is absolutely no question that Eddie is the father,” she said.
