A Self Professed Pedophile Hosts a Site that Posts Pictures of Little Girls aged 3 to 11. Jack McClellan attends childhood events occurring around his hometown, and takes pictures of little girls for his site. And authorities say he's done nothing wrong!
45 Year Old Jack McClellan is an unemployed man living with his parents and collecting disability. He is also running a website called Seattle-Tacoma-Everett Girl Love
The police know all about it, yet they say they can't shut it down because the site is legal.
"As disturbing and offensive as we find this, there's no evidence of a crime, or even suspicion of illegal activity," said Rebecca Hover of the Snohomish County Sheriff's Department.
McClellan, whom lives next to an elementary school, spoke with Fox News in an effort to explain what he feels is the good he is accomplishing in running this site.
McClellan says his purpose is to promote association, friendship and legal, consensual hugging and cuddling between men and pre-pubescent girls. He admitted to FOX News that his "age of attraction" is between 3 and 11 years old. "I guess the main thing is I just think they're cute, a lot cuter than women. I admit there is kind of an erotic arousal there," McClellan said
"It makes me happy simply. Like I said, I think girls are cute, beautiful, just children in general make me happy ... being around lots of them. ... I'm doing what anyone else would do with a hobby. If someone's into birds they're taking pictures of birds. I'm convinced that none of these images are illegal."
McClellan wants to help pedophiles come out of the closet. He states that just being around little children is almost like a "legal high" and he wants to encourage pedophiles to attend public events such as plays at elementary schools, public swimming pools and libraries.
But, he stresses, that it is OK to look - just no touching. He has never been accused of the molestation of a child, and is not a registered sex offender. He just likes looking at little girls and finds it erotically arousing. He is hoping that his site will give other pedophiles a place to visit to relieve some of the tension that builds up, a place for release.
"I know it sounds kind of crazy, but there's kind of a code of ethics that these pedophiles have developed and what it is ... the contact has to be completely consensual, no coercion, if you're going to do it," McClellan said.
One of the parents whose 8 year old daughter is pictured on the site is understandably outraged. A photo of her little girl from a recent dance recital is pictured on the site.
"I needed to get those pictures off of there. I didn't want the pedophile community having any visibility to my daughter or her friends or any of the children that were on that site," said parent Ann Cialoa. "Whether it's a physical threat, a perceived threat, whatever threat it is. It's our jobs as parents to protect our kids from threats, and he is a threat, and people like him are a threat."
Legal experts are suggesting that the parents of children whose photos appear on the site should obtain a temporary restraining order against McClellan and demand that his site be taken down.
FOX News contacted the ISP hosting the site last week when this information came to light. The site itself has been operating for just over 2 years. It has been shut down, but recent reports on FOX News this afternoon indicate it will be up and running again soon.
Well, I think I have heard it all now! To think that some pervert can just walk the streets and take pictures of little girls and post them on a website promoting pedophilia and he isn't breaking any laws is just sick! And now the parents of the girls pictured on his site are forced to spend money hiring attorney's in order to have these pictures taken down! What sense does that make??
Can you actually take pictures of anyone you wish, and without that persons permission, feature them on a website in whatever forum you choose?
I hope that the parents in this town go for the jugular with this pervert. Hopefully some well known, big shot attorney will take the case "pro bono" and find a way to have this guy permanently denied access to a computer for the rest of his sick and sorry life!
And what about his parents. He is 45 years old. Running this site from their home. Do you suppose they knew about it? If so, did they think it was fine? Something for poor disabled Jack to do with his time!?
Sick and wrong, people, just sick and wrong!!
