Joost Successfully Runs on Apple TV

Reports are beginning to emerge that a user has successfully run Joost on Apple TV. So what does this mean for TV? It means you could potentially get unlimited TV in your home for less than $300.

According to Apple, one user has reported success in running Joost on Apple TV. There are some minor problems with fonts in Joost, but it's something Joost could fix soon. So what does this mean? According to the Joost blog, if the program works well with Apple TV then you could soon get a free, unlimited TV experience in your home for less than $300 and watch different programs at your convenience.

Apple TV currently offers TiVo playback of shows, but users who don't have TiVo can use Joost as an alternative when it comes out of Beta this summer.
