Larry Birkhead has filed a trademark application for the phrase, "Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby."
Larry Birkhead had filed a trademark application for the phrase "Goodnight My Sweet Anna Baby."
This will cover all movies, books, TV programs, programs broadcast over the Internet, electronic media and stage plays from using this phrase unless getting the consent from him.
He claims money was not the reason for fighting for the baby, this seems to contradict that. Seems he is interested in making money off his relationship with Anna.
As far as the baby goes, Larry submitted a DNA sample and the Bahamian judge ordered Howard Stern to bring Dannielyn in for a DNA swab this week.
The DNA tests take about 5 days to get the results but no results will be released until April 3rd when the next paternity case meeting will take place.
It seems to me all Larry and Stern have in mind is the financial gain to be had by Anna's death.
In another post Zsa Zsa's husband also submitted a DNA test to determine if he is the father of Dannielyn.
