Actress Vivica A. Fox headed straight to jail Tuesday after failing a sobriety test.
Actress Vivica A. Fox, whose movie credits include "Kill Bill Vol. 1," "Soul Food," and Independence Day," joins the growing list of celebrities arrested for DUIs. Fox was released from jail early Wednesday morning after failing a field sobriety test the evening before.
California Highway Patrol pulled Fox over on the Hollywood Freeway after she passed a patrol car who clocked her at 80mph. Soon after, it was discovered that the 42-year-old actress was driving while intoxicated. Her blood alcohol level was greater than .08 percent, which is the legal limit.
Fox's people had no comment on the allegations. Fox was featured last year in the hit reality TV show, Dancing With the Stars.
