For Japanese people who want their lives to be even faster, a company on Monday unveiled a washing machine billed to be the quickest in the world.
Mitsubishi Electric said it has made the first machine that changes angles automatically depending on the volume of clothes and function.
The "moving drum" machine as it is called has a capacity of washing 9 kilograms or 20 lbs of clothes in 35 minutes and dry 6 kilograms in 145 minutes. Apparently that is half the time of a traditional washing machine.
I don't know about that I think the little one I've had for over 10years does the job in almost the same time - albeit it's a smaller washer/dryer combo.
The machine is expected to go on sale in May in Japan, no word of sales outside of Japan yet.
