Gore gets over 300,000 signatures for Congress...

An Inconvenient Truth told about global warming, from a political and environmental standpoint. Al Gore used the movie as a launching pad to get Congressional attention for the issues surrounding Global Warming. Since the movie's introduction, Gore has collected over 300,000 signatures to pass on to congress. He says "that hundreds of thousands of people share my sense of urgency." Gore is scheduled to give the petition and testify before congress on Wednesday. "The debate on the science has long been over — except for a diminishing number of skeptics and deniers," Gore said.
