Family Guy Cleaning Woman Character Based On Carol Burnette?

by kaleigh2u.
Carol Burnette sues 20th Century Fox claiming the animated series "Family Guy" portrayed her cleaning woman character on one of their episodes. The lawsuit filed Thursday says that 20th Century Fox didn't have permission to use the character "Charwoman"
The episode shows the cleaning lady posing as a porn-shop maid with reportedly an "altered version" of Carol Burnette's theme music playing in the background. They also used her signature "ear tug". 20th Century Fox said they were surprised at being sued over a scene that amounted to 18 seconds and that "Ms. Burnette who has made a career at spoofing others would go so far as to sue Family Guy for a bit of comedy".
