Ugandan government and rebels agree to resume peace talks

After two months of uncertainty, the Ugandan government and the Lord's Resistance Army (LRA) agree to resume their peace talks.
The LRA rebels stopped peace talks with the government and demanded that the talks be moved out of southern Sudan. The new agreement is that the mediation of the southern Sudan government is going to have the edition of mediators from South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The talks will continue in Juba, Sudan.
