The LRA rebels stopped peace talks with the government and demanded that the talks be moved out of southern Sudan. The new agreement is that the mediation of the southern Sudan government is going to have the edition of mediators from South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Kenya and the Democratic Republic of Congo. The talks will continue in Juba, Sudan.
